MMA is a challenging yet exhilarating full-contact sport that implements a combination of techniques from both striking and grappling martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Boxing.

Mixed Martial Arts for Beginners
Level I (L1) Classes are open to entry level and intermediate students, Classes consist of partner work, conditioning and skill training.
Mixed Martial Arts for Intermediate and Advanced students
Level II (L2) Classes are open to intermediate and advanced students. Classes consist of interactive sparring, conditioning and skill training.
Mixed Martial Arts for competition
Level III (L3) is a class that is for advance and intermediate students who have been approved by a coach to Spar. Level III classes consists of live sparring, from boxing, kickboxing, and MMA
